This is a lovely meal and not a lot of fuss to put together, the prep work is half the battle. I always like to parboil the ribs or chicken before I start to grill, building big flavours on the meat or chicken is also very important. I have a full video tutorial of how to prepare and cook this delicious recipe. So make yourself a drink of choice or snack and seat back and enjoy 10-15 minutes of making BBQ Ribs and Double Baked Potatoes.
Scoop out each potato and place it in a bowl leaving the potato skins on the tray for using after, with a food masher start mashing the potatoes then add milk, butter and continue creaming potatoes.
This is the easy part after scoop equal amounts of potato into each potato skin and top with more shredded cheese.
I hope you are finding this recipe easy so far, I'm going to share with you another video and recipe link to Cod Pouches that also can be cooked on the BBQ Grill.

BBQ RIBS and Double Baked Potatoes
We love cooking outside on our gas grill and we also try to cook everything there, for convenience and so we can stay outside and enjoy the beautiful smell of the food grilling. Summer or Winter at our place the grill is going weather permitted of course. I will share you a video tutorial and recipe for the way we like to make our BBQ grilled Ribs, of course we like them other ways but we thought to share this one with you.
Double baked potatoes ” who don’t like them” we love them in our family and I’m going to share my recipe with you for making these delicious quick and easy double baked potatoes.
So many different types of rib cuts to have, baby back ribs, spareribs, side ribs, etc: . I’m using in this video pork side ribs, centre portion strips. They usually have a little more meat on them and a nice portions, first I like to parboil them in a boiler of water with onion, pepper, salt, garlic and any other favour you would like to add. After I like to take the out to rest and add a mixture of seasonings the same as Montreal spices, then take them to the grill. Mmmmm!
Keeping you grill clean and the propane tank full is an important part of grilling.
Start your BBQ grill and let the temperature go to 350º to 400º then oil your grill or the meat, place the ribs on the lower rack and the double baked potatoes and corn on the top rack. “Cleaning your grill in between uses after all the food have been grill”, remove all food then burn off the food on the grill. Then use a grill brush or wooden stick to clean all burned food off the grill, now its ready for the next grilling.
I’m going to share with you a video and recipe for Pork Chop Barbecue Pouches that you could cook on the grill.
