Thank for stopping by and I guess you are looking for a blueberry dessert, I have a lovely and very delicious dessert here for you to make for you are your family. This dessert is made up of freshly frozen blueberries, but you can use fresh. Our blueberries was picked here in NL last summer and I froze them fresh in a freezer bag.
This dessert is not sweet and in fact its the perfect blend of flavour, easy to make.

Ingredients
- Blueberries - 4 cups fresh or frozen
- Sugar - 4 tbsp
- Cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- Lemon - 1 Tbsp Juice and Zest
- Whipped Cream
- Whipped Cream - 500 mg container
- Confectioners Sugar - 2 Tbsp
- Vanilla - 1 Tsp
- Graham Crust:
- Graham crumbs - 2 cups
- Brown sugar - 1/2 cup
- Melted Butter - 1/2 cup
Instructions
BLUEBERRY SAUCE
4 Cups fresh or frozen blueberries
2 Tbsp cornstarch
4 Tbsp White Sugar
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice and zest
- In a medium saucepan, cook berry mixture until thickened, 5-7 minutes, let cool to room temperature, until ready to use.
- In a medium bowl add whipped cream and blend on high speed until foamy, add powdered sugar and vanilla and continue mixing until all combined.
- Place in fridge until ready to use.
- In a medium bowl mix all ingredients together and put in a pre-greased square pan or line with parchment paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven of 350º for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from heat and let come to room temperature before layering the blueberry cream dessert.
- After cooled add blueberry sauce and whipped cream, toss some fresh or frozen blueberries over top of dessert and refrigerate. Enjoy
