Blueberry Syrup

I'm excited to share with you our delicious quick and easy BLUEBERRY SYRUP recipe, plus we have a video tutorial you can watch as well. If you have fresh or frozen blueberries this recipe is for you, make this recipe in 15 to 20 minutes and pour into a jar and serve with your homemade pancakes or favourite dessert.

Ingredients
- Blueberries - 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen
- White sugar - 1/2 cup
- Water - 1/4 cup
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to your saucepan and let boil on a medium heat stirring until all ingredients starts to boil.
- Stirring until it starts to thickened and liquid starts to bubble, and it reads 200º to 225 F on the candy thermometer. If you don't have a candy thermometer you can just cook the blueberry syrup for 15 minutes or so, or until the liquid condenses.
- Remove from heat and pour into jar, serve hot or cold.
- Store in fridge up to two weeks, label and date jar.
- Use over pancakes, ice-cream or your favourite dessert.

I feel so blessed to have so much access to fresh berries, these blueberries were picked last year 2019 and then we froze them for the winter months when you can’t get them.
