I'm going to share with you my husbands secret recipe and the method to make it yourself.
I would like to say he helped me in this video but only a few answers to questions I asked him. His camera shy! 🙂

Eggs is the main ingredient in this recipe, you will need a muffin pan of choice. I'm using a silicone pan and they are amazing if you don't own one.
Not a lot of work to making these delicious little breakfast muffins, after you made them you can relax and read the paper. 🙂

Ingredients
- Eggs - 6 each
- Milk or Cream - ¼ Cup more if needed
- Ham - 12 Thin slices
- Shredded Cheese - 1 Cup
- Sea salt - Pinch
- Black Pepper - Pinch
- Onion Powder - ½ tsp
- Tomato - 1 chopped
- Bacon bits - ¼ Cup
- Italian Seasoning - Pinch
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350º, Bake for 30 minutes depending on your oven, 10 minutes prep,Â
Method:
1. In a medium bowl add all the eggs and mix together.
2. Then add all the other ingredients except the ham.
3. In a muffin pan spray with oil or butter, add one slice of ham to each muffin cup.
4. Pour equal amounts of egg mixture in each one, top with more shredded cheese and topped with a pinch of Italian spice.Â
5. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes depending on your oven.Â
6. When cooked, cool for five minutes before removing them from the pan, serve with your choice of side food.Â
Bonita’s Tips:Â
You can add any type of veggie, cheese or meat into your Breakfast Muffin.Â
Freeze in container and remove each day when you like to eat them.
Everyone knows how to make breakfast and of course we all know how to make muffins, plus there are hundreds of recipes showing you how to make egg muffins. But I’m going to share with you my husbands way of making them and this way you can give his recipe a try.
Plus we now in order to make these delicious little breakfasts muffins you need eggs, you can judge how many you need and what ingredients you wish to put in them. I’m just going to share with you my husbands method on the ones he enjoys making and you can do the rest.
