I have over 150 videos and recipe on my website so if you got more time check some of them out or save my website in your favourites. https://www.bonitaskitchen.com
You can make this meal with local or store bought cabbage, but if you got access to local pay the difference for quality. I love sharing my recipes with you and I hope you take the time to try this one, making your own food is the best!......
Like I said in my video this recipe is almost like lazy cabbage rolls but with a spin on the sauce, this one got cream of mushroom soup.
After you got all the ingredients mixed together you can start layering the ingredients in your casserole dish or pot with a lid.
This is a one hour meal but that do depend on your oven or if your foil or lid is all the ways covered to lock in the steam to cook your rice and ground beef. I'm going to share another one pan dish for you to check out. Ground Beef Casserole

Oh my that is wonderful, I love using my slow cooking for so many meals good to know it works good for that. Thank you so much for stopping by and leaving a message. 🙂 Bonita
Bonita. Loved making this. Reminded me of deconstructed dolmades. I used food processor for easy grating. I used meatloaf mix. Due to higher fat content I browned with onion and drained. Worked perfectly. Served with dollop of sour cream and hot sauce. Red pepper flakes for spicy food lovers will be something to consider. Love your presentation style
