CARAWAY SWEET BISCUITS

If you are looking for a tasty caraway seed recipe, we have a lovely recipe you can make called CARAWAY SWEET BISCUITS! Also if you are not sure what caraway seeds is, its got this amazing aroma and its so tasty, it can be used whole or ground to flavour desserts, sauces, breads, and baked goods.
These biscuits can be made with margarine but they are better made with butter for the texture and taste.
Mix all ingredients together with your hand or a kitchen aid with a hook, continue mixing until you form a dough ball. This will take 5 to 10 minutes by hand or 2 minutes by mixer.
Now! Remove dough from bowl and place on a piece of clear wrap and roll out 1-1/2 inches round and put in fridge for one hour to cool butter down.
Next after cooled for one hour remove from fridge and cut in 1/2 inch pieces and place on the baking sheet 2-1/2 inches apart or less.
Now bake for 10 to 15 minutes depending on your oven.

Ingredients
- All-Purpose Flour - 2 cups, or flour of choice
- Butter - 1 cup
- Confectionary sugar - 3/4 cup, extra for dusting
- Caraway seeds - 1-1/2 tsp
- EXTRA ITEMS:
- Parchment paper - 1 sheet
- Cookie sheet - 1 pan
- Clear wrap - 1 strip
- Measuring tape - 1 for measuring dough
- Pestle and Mortar - 1 or meat tenderizer
- Mixing bowl - 1 or kitchen aid
Instructions
In a bowl add flour and confectionary sugar toss together.
Then cut butter in cubes and add to dry ingredients, pinch together until all equally combined.
After grind caraway seeds in your pestle and mortar or tap with meat tenderizer, then add to bowl with other ingredients.
After with your hand or kitchen aid, mix all ingredients until into a dough ball.
Then put dough on clear wrap and roll with hands into a long roll 1-1/2 inch round, then wrap the dough and put in fridge for one hour or longer.
Remove from fridge and unwrap dough, cut in 1/2 inch thick slices. Prepare a cookie sheet with a sheet of parchment paper. Put biscuits on pan 2-1/2 inches apart.
Preheat oven to 350ºF and timer to 10 to 15 minutes depending on your oven.
After baked, remove from oven, pull parchment paper unto a cooling rack, when cooled dust with confectionary sugar.
