Cocoa powder, crushed walnuts and chocolate chips is a few of the tasty ingredient's in our cookie recipe.
Creaming the butter, brown sugar and vanilla together first, then alternating the sifted flour, sea salt and baking soda and evaporated milk next.
Adding crushed walnuts and chocolate chips to the bowl and folding them into the other ingredient's. Then prepare your cookie sheet with a piece of parchment paper and preheat oven to 350ºf.
This batter makes about 35 to 40 cookies if you use one teaspoonful, if you like them bigger it will be less.
Keep the batter a half inch apart, usually I get four dollops across in the pan.

Allergens
These cookies are one of Raymond’s favourite snack treats and ones I like to make if I’m expecting company last minute. They are so tasty with the right amount of chocolate and a lovely taste of walnuts.
After the cookies are baked let cool on a cooling rack before storing them in your jar or tuber ware container. They freeze nice as well if you wish to keep them fresh longer.
You can also keep them in the fridge in a container with lid for short storage.
The texture is a soft cookie.
Refrigerate or freeze for longer storage.
Thank you for stopping by and I hope you get to make some of these tasty cookies soon.
