Grease pan with butter or oil, the layer the sliced potatoes.

Grease pan, layer thin sliced potatoes, top with a drizzle of olive oil, sea salt, pepper and onion powder to season all layers.

Layer sliced potatoes with boneless, skinless cod fillets.

Season the cod fillets with sea salt, pepper and onion powder just a pinch…then top the codfish with the homemade stuffing ( dressing )!

Preheat your oven to 350ºf and bake this meal for 30 minutes covered and 30 minutes uncovered.
