CORNED BEEF SPRING ROLLS - Air fried

You will need freshly cooked or sliced corned beef or canned corned beef will work great as well...
After chop and fry your veggies, cabbage, carrot, celery and onion......then add garlic, sesame oil, olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.

Ingredients
- Corned Beef - 2 cups, any type
- Wonton wrappers - 12 or more
- Carrot - 1 peeled and shredded
- Cabbage - 2 cups, shredded
- Onion - 1 small, chopped
- Celery - 1 stick, chopped
- Garlic - 1 clove, pressed or grated
- Black or White Pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Sea salt - 1/2 tsp
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Sesame oil - 1 tbsp
- Mother's Mustard Dipping Sauce:
- Mother's Mustard Sauce - 2 tbsp
- Sour cream - 1/4 cup
- Sea salt - pinch
- Black pepper - pinch
- Hot sauce - 4 or 5 drops
Instructions
In a frying pan add prepared cabbage, onion and shredded carrot with a drizzle of olive oil and start frying only until partly cooked. Top with sea salt, black pepper and pressed garlic and toss in with veggies.
Work with one egg roll at a time, Place on counter and add 1 tbsp of cooked veggies, and 2 tbsp of shredded cooked corned beef or caned corned beef.
Fold egg roll wrap over and brushing the corners with water, and pinch corners together and create a pouch and seal together or roll for a spring roll.
Continue until all spring rolls are made and then place on air fryer pan, spray or brush with olive oil or sesame oil, then close door and turn air fryer oven to french fry function. Cooking for about 7 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cook also in your oven on a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
When baked serve with Mother’s homemade mustard, see recipe below or mustard of choice.
Method for Mother's Mustard Dipping Sauce:
In a small bowl add all ingredients and mix together with spoon and refrigerate until ready to serve with your corned beef spring rolls…..

Brush spring rolls with oil on both sides and bake in the air fryer or oven for 7 to 10 minutes until golden brown…

Sesame oil always says Chinese food to me.
If I used marjoram for seasoning, it would taste like Polish.
I usually start rolling from a pointy corner.

Air fryer temperature?
Hi Pat, I used the CHIP function on the air fryer and it was 400ºF for 7 to 10 minutes, don’t go the full 15 minutes on the function because you don’t want them to burn. But just play with your air fryer and check to see what works best for you, maybe you like a lower temp and cook longer.
