Cranberry Cheese Ball - Appetizer

This is a simple and quick recipe to make a delicious cranberry cheese ball for your New Years Eve party or for anytime of the week or year!!!
Toss in a ball the sour cream and mayo, next the cream cheese and mix together. Add in the seasonings, green onion, cranberries, shredded cheese and crushed walnuts. Continue mixing until all combined.

Ingredients
- Cream Cheese - ½ pack, 125g
- Dried cranberries - ¼ cup
- Crushed walnuts - ¼ cup
- Sliced almonds - ¼ cup
- Sea salt - pinch
- Black or White Pepper - pinch
- Onion powder - pinch
- Garlic Powder - pinch
- Mayo or miracle whip - 2 tbsp
- Sour cream or plain yogurt - 2 tbsp
- Shredded cheese - ½ cup
- Green onion - 1 tbsp
Instructions
In a bowl add the cream cheese, mayo, sour cream and seasonings mix together.
Fold in the shredded cheese to combine everything together.
Then you will need a strip of clear wrap. Toss the sliced almonds on the clear wrap and place the cheese ball on the clear wrap. Then roll it over the sliced almonds to evenly coat the cheese ball.
Use more if you need it and roll into the clear wrap to form a ball, then put in too the fridge to set overnight or a few hours.
Bonita’s Tips:
Double recipe to make two cheese balls or a bigger one.
Use fresh garlic or minced garlic.
Cheese ball is good for a week in the fridge.
