Cover cast iron pan with a piece of foil wrap and place on your outside grill on top of three rocks or a tin veggie pan. Lower the cover of grill to keep heat inside…. ( This keep pan from direct flame )
Cook for 15 minutes before opening the cover of the grill, check potatoes by moving them around in the pan with a spoon. Then cover top with fried or dried crispy onions, cover with foil again and continue cooking for another 10 minutes or foil tender.
Bonita’s Tips: Add more milk or water if you need more liquid, serve with meat, chicken or burgers.
Can be cooked inside in preheated oven of 350ºf for 30 minutes or fork tender.
If you can get cream of broccoli soup mix, use 2 tbsp of flour, and grated broccoli to taste.
