You will need a 6 pack or more of mini cucumbers, cut them the way you like to eat them. I have some quartered and some cut in slices. The slice cucumbers will be for serving with a sandwich and the quarter cucumbers will be for snacking on. But of course after they are pickled they will be DILL PICKLES.
In a medium saucepan bring vinegar, bay leaves, pickling spice and water to a boil, remove from heat and pour into prepared jars with mini cucumbers.

Sterilizing and Canning Procedures
Remember when making anything always make it your own, I can give you my ways of making it but if you feel like changing some of the ingredient’s to suit your needs…..that’s ok.
Before you start making these delicious dill pickles, make sure you sterilize the jars, clean all tools well and surface area. This will prevent any cross contamination while making these dill pickles. Also if you like to infuse your pickling sauce with peppers, mustard or whatever you like your dill pickles to taste like. Our vinegar liquid is basic with a twist of garlic and dill.
The way I like them!
Thank you for stopping by and enjoy our recipe to the fullest, on behalf of myself, RMHussey Productions and Team and from our kitchen to yours….Have a wonderful day! 🙂
