Four Leaf Clover Bread Buns
Hi and welcome to our website!
If you are looking for some tasty bread buns for dinner tonight, don't go anywhere we have you covered.
Our recipe here today is for FOUR LEAF CLOVER BREAD BUNS!
Making these bread buns are pretty much like making bread, we are using a yeast and one egg to give the bread texture more softness. I'm using two teaspoons of white sugar to add a little more sweetness the the dough but you can use less.
Cutting small pieces of dough off and weighing about 0.45 oz or just judge the size you like to have, maybe your muffin pan is larger then the one i'm using. Make four small balls and put into each muffin cup and they make about 16 tasty bread buns.
Bake them in a 350ºf oven for 25 to 30 minutes, until a nice golden brown.

They look nice and taste even better, we also served them with a tasty Traditional Newfoundland Cold Plates dinner.
They were also made for big family dinners and weddings.
