Fried Cabbage and Sausage
Hi and welcome to our website!
If you are looking for a delicious cabbage meal, I have a lovely recipe for you to follow. I'm always looking for ways to use up my cabbage and the spin on different recipes. You can make this meal to ways, with and without the potato nest. The main thing is to fry up your shredded cabbage until golden brown with some butter and oil, sea salt and black pepper.
If you haven't had fried cabbage before this is a good time to try it, fry until golden brown in butter until tender. Also this delicious meal got fried onions and sausage, I'm using homemade moose sausage but you can use any type. Plus I'm layering our fried cabbage meal on a baked potato nest.
Please continue on to our recipe posted below and don't forget to check out our short video and link to our cookbook. https://www.bonitaskitchen.com/cookbook

I hope you have enjoyed our recipe for fried cabbage and sausage, this is a easy and delicious recipe you can have any day of the week. Only a few simple steps to what I call comfort food at its best, having more shredded cabbage because it reduces in size after frying. The potato nest is optional because this meal works with or without that, having only the fried cabbage and sausage with fried onions is still very tasty.
