Ingredients
- Lean Ground Beef - 1 Medium Pack
- Tomato Soup - 1 can
- Potatoes - 4-6 each
- Carrots - 2 each
- Onion - 1 large
- Black Pepper - as needed
- Sea salt - as needed or not
- Garlic Cloves - 2 pieces
- Thyme - 1/2 tsp or more
- Oregano - 1/2 tsp or more
- Water or Broth - 1 cup
- Tomatoes - 1 sliced
- Green Onion - garnish
- Parmesan Cheese - garnish
Instructions
Method:
- Peel vegetables and slice then place in a bowl of cold water.
- You will need a casserole dish, oil inside then add vegetables.
- After rinse lean ground beef with water to remove any blood, then layer uncooked lean ground beef over top of the vegetables.
- Then add seasonings, then mix tomato soup and water or broth together and pour over the lean ground beef.
- Pre-heat your over to 350º and bake for 1 hour, DEPENDING ON YOUR OVEN you can cook half covered with foil or lid, and half uncovered.
- After baked plate and garnish with parmesan cheese or cheese of choice and green onions.
I love sharing one meal dishes with you because our schedules are a little busy and people do want to eat at home and make quick and easy meals through the week.
