Ingredients
- Butter or margarine - ½ cup
- All - purpose flour - ½ cup
- Sugar - 3 tbsp
- Eggs - 2 large
- Mini marshmallows - 1½ cups
- Chopped walnut - ½ cup
- Cocoa Powder - 6 tbsp
- Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- Sea salt - ¼ tsp
- Unsweetened coconut - ¼ cup
Instructions
Method:
In a mixing bowl, add butter and sugar, then cream together with a mixer or spoon.
After add cocoa powder and continue mixing it together.
Add two eggs in a separate bowl first to check them, then whisk together. After add to mixture and continue mixing for a minute.
Next step - add vanilla, flour and sea salt, then fold together until all blended.
Last step - fold in chopped walnuts.
Prepare a square 8 x 8 inches pan with butter or baking spray.
Then scoop the batter into the pan and spread out evenly.
Preheat the oven to 350ºf and bake for 20 minutes or toothpick clean.
When baked remove from the oven and turn oven off…. Then top with mini marshmallow and chocolate chips. Put back into the oven for 2 minutes to melt them both.
Remove from oven, top with unsweetened coconut.
Let rest for 10 minutes before cutting….Enjoy

Use sugar of choice!
Coloured or white mini marshmallows!
Walnuts or nuts of choice!

If you like to make these for Easter add some easter chocolate eggs inside or at the top! The same goes for Halloween, Christmas or St. Patrick’s Day! A fun dessert to make with your kids or grandkids!





Next comes the unsweetened coconut over the hot top and let come to room temp before cutting them.
