How to make a tasty Meat and Biscuit Roll with only a few simple ingredients.

Add ketchup, egg into bowl with the cooked lean ground beef.

After dough is rolled out, add the prepared lean ground beef to the top on one side.

Roll the dough away from you and tuck in the sides.
Meat and Biscuit Roll
Melt some butter and brush the butter over the dough.
Meat and Biscuit Roll
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

After the meat and biscuit roll is baked, remove from oven and let set for 5 minutes to rest and then cut in 2 inch pieces. Serve with gravy or on its own.
