Microwave Style Blueberry Duff
Hi and welcome to my website!
Microwave style blueberry duff, my dad would say what is the world coming to, he was a man that only cooked on a stove top or oven. If he had a cup of tea that was part boiled he wouldn't drink it, so you can see where i'm going with this. One would say anything cooked in the microwave is gross!
But after seeing this for myself and making it for you I believe we all are very much surprised with the outcome. I'm not promoting cooking in the microwave but I do believe in saving time and making your time in the kitchen worth while. Check out this recipe and video for microwave style blueberry duff.
Of course there is not a lot of work to this recipe, just follow my recipe for Blueberry Duff and after its made put in a microwave bowl, cover with a microwave plate and cook for 6 minutes in the microwave.
I hope I've convinced you to give this recipe a try or maybe you have made this before, before you continue on to the recipe check out the link to my cookbook.

See you can’t tell the difference in the two, and the time between them is 1 hour and 15 minutes, plus if you are making a jiggs dinner you have used up all your room in the boiler. I’m going to share a link to my Jiggs Dinner video.

How long do you bake it for
Love the recipe , I made one the crust were
Hard on the sides , I baked it for 8 minutes what went wrong.
Hi Emma, Thank you for your message and for stopping by, I’m sorry that happened to your duff. Every microwave cooks a little different, so the time would be 5 minutes or so minutes. So stop the microwave 5 minutes in and check, if you need another minute turn it back on. But use a knife to check the middle, if it comes out clean remove it with oven safe gloves on and let rest on the counter. Don’t over cook it that will make it hard or dense. Have a lovely day and try it again sometime.

what size bowl do you use?
Hi Cavelle, Thank you for your question and for stopping by,, the bowl is around 4 x 7 but I’m sure whatever size of bowl you use is ok.
Not smaller but larger by a few inches.
Enjoy
