No Crust Apple Pie Dessert

This is it
I'm using a macintosh apple but this recipe you can use any type of apple you enjoy eating.
This is a no crust pie so we don't need to make any pastry for this recipe....Just add all the ingredient's to the bowl and add to the pre-greased pie pan.
After toss flour, baking powder, nutmeg and sea salt into bowl with apples and toss together..

Ingredients
- Eggs - 2 large
- Brown sugar - ¾ cup
- All- purpose white flour - ¾ cup
- Baking powder - 1½ tsp
- Sea salt - ½ tsp
- Ground Nutmeg - ¼ tsp
- Apples - 3 cups, peeled and chopped
- Cinnamon - ½ tsp
Instructions
Peel and cut apples in wedges or cubes and add to a bowl, in another bowl add eggs and sugar of choice, then mix together.
Toss in apples and top with flour, baking powder, nutmeg and sea salt. Then toss together and add to a greased pie pan.
Then sprinkle cinnamon over top.
Preheat oven to 350ºf and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve hot with whipped cream or custard.

Use sugar of choice.
This recipe was shared with us by my friend Trixie. She said she added vanilla in her pie for extra flavour. Recipe was from the Pools Cove Come Home Cookbook. Delicious!!
I added brown sugar and nutmeg to give it a caramel taste.
