Years ago my dad would make the oatmeal for breakfast, he was the breakfast chef!
The night before he would prep the oatmeal by soaking it in cold water and in the morning light the wood stove and start slow cooking the oatmeal for our breakfast before school!
This is way I believe having these oatmeal frozen breakfast ready to have will bring you back to simpler times!
Slow cooking the oatmeal on a medium to low heat and stirring so it don't burn, remove from the stove top and prep the muffin pan by oiling the cups and scooping equal amounts of oatmeal in each one.
This is the prep work you will do on your day off or after work when your kids are got to bed.
