There is so many different delicious recipe out there for PEACH COBBLER, and I’m sure equally as delicious. But whats so lovely about this one its made and baked in the cast iron pan, the heat keeps the peaches from drying out and staying so juicy. I added some freshly frozen raspberries to the serving of peach cobbler, because it was from my sister Pauline and it makes the peach cobbler have colour and extra taste.
I can’t say enough about this recipe and it is quick and easy to make, I took the peels off but you can leave them on if you wish to do so. We also served it with ice-cream to give this dessert and hot and cold taste, the raspberries are tart and sour with adds to the taste and the balance of sweet and sour.
You can use any type of berry for a side garnish or nothing at all, this peach cobbler don’t need any extra ingredients to make it better. It is prefect the way it is…..:)

Thanks Bonita. I made the blueberry cobbler for our family last week while camping. It was such a hit I made the peach one a couple days later and They told me that one was even better. Great recipes, nothing complicated or exotic and great instructions even for an occasional cook like myself.
