Our pecan bars are made with crushed pecans, brown sugar, vanilla, eggs and some flour and they are delicious.

CREAM BUTTER AND BROWN SUGAR TOGETHER.

Then all you need is a cookie sheet with a piece of parchment paper.

CONTINUE TO ADD THE OTHER INGREDIENTS.

Scoop all batter unto cookie sheet with parchment paper.

MIX BUTTER, BROWN SUGAR AND VANILLA TOGETHER UNTIL BLENDED, THEN ADD EGGS..
SIFT IN FLOUR AND FOLD IN PECANS UNTIL ALL BLENDED.
PREPARE SMALL COOKIE SHEET 12 X 9 WITH PARCHMENT PAPER, THEN ADD ALL BATTER.
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350º AND BAKE PECAN BARS FOR 15 - 20 MINUTES, DEPENDING ON YOUR OVEN.
REMOVE FROM OVEN AND COOL, CUT AND SERVE.

Pecan bars served with a cup of tea, so delicious.

Pecans are one of my favourite nuts, and having bake goods with them in it is amazing. This is a easy recipe and one you can make in under 30 minutes, they make 12 squares but I cut mine in longer shapes.

Our pecan bars are made with crushed pecans, brown sugar, vanilla, eggs and some flour and they are delicious.

I can see having chocolate over the top of them as well but these don’t have chocolate only pecans. I haven’t got much to say about these only they are easy to make and ever easier to eat. 🙂 They can stay a room temperature for a few days or freeze them for them to stay fresh longer.
