PINEAPPLE Tea Buns
Hi and welcome to our website!!
If you are looking for a tasty pineapple dessert or interested in making some homemade tea buns.....you are in the right place..
Coconut is one of the ingredient's in our recipe....but pairing it with crusted pineapples takes it to a hole new level.
You will need the crushed pineapples and the juice....if you don't have enough juice use some apple juice to top it off..
Toss flour, sugar and butter together...by hand or mixing with a paddle.
Crack two eggs in a small bowl and whisk together....then add all wet ingredients to the big bowl with the dry ingredients and mix together. Don't over mix, just until all wet ingredients are equally blended through the mixture.
