When you think about having a pork chop you automatically think BBQ or fry in a pan, but pork chops, onions, gravy with a delicious flakey pastry over the top don’t stand out. But after you make this recipe you will be thinking about making this meal as well.
Having the pork chops rolled a light dusting of flour and salt, pepper it makes for a lovely crust over the pork chops. I do this with my bacon as well and its so good. Simple and easy recipes is what its all about, having delicious cooked meals for your family at the end of your day.
