Our delicious shortcake recipe can be served with a topping of choice and only a few simple ingredient’s to make.

So many wonderful dessert out there to make but this one is an old fashioned recipe to a delicious cake.

SHORTCAKE
Scoop the batter into a spring release pan or a pan of choice.

Preheat your oven to 325ºF and bake for 60 minutes or until toothpick clean.

After it’s baked let it rest for a few minutes before putting it out on a plate.

You can see a little crack on the top of the cake…no worries because it don’t change the taste. But a tray of water under the cake would have prevented the crack on the cake.
