Bonita, came across your web site just a few months ago, love your receipes. You make it all so easy and so delicious looking as well. As a Newfoundlander living in Ottawa , I was thrilled to find your show, and your accent is music to my ears. I have no family left in my home town ,and don’t go home anymore, but , Newfoundland remains in my bones and heart forever.
By the way Bonita , have you a good receipe for butterscotch pie ? I just don’t care for a pie that is too sweet.
Hi Barbara: Thank you for your message, its hard when all your family is moved and there is no reason to go back. We have so many Air B & B ‘S now so maybe someday you can come back for a visit just to smell the salt water air. We lived away for almost 30 years but returned to a different community to retire. I have lots of pie recipe with homemade crust but no butterscotch pie, its sounds lovely. So sorry and have a lovely day. 🙂 Bonita
