This SNACK & HALF frozen dessert is made with simple ingredients and kept in the freezer until all eaten, served frozen and this recipe is a serving for 6 or 8 people. Depending on how much you like to have and if you wish to have leftovers. 🙂

This dessert was a viewers request and one I've forgot about and use to make it lots when our boys was smaller. But today if you are looking to surprise your family with a frozen dessert this is it. Simple steps and affordable dessert you can put together in 10 minutes and freeze over night to serve for supper the next day.

Ingredients
- Oatmeal cookies - 1 box or 36 each
- Cool whip - 1 large container or 2 small
- Skor bars - 2 or 3 bars
- Milk - 2 cups or more if needed
Instructions
- First crunch bars into small pieces, tap on package and they will crack.
- In a small bowl place a few cookies at a time into milk soak for a couple of seconds.
- Prepare your 8 x 8 pan by putting a piece of parchment paper at the bottom or not.
- Then start layering the bottom of your glass dish with your part socked cookies, only soak cookies for 2 seconds.
- Top with cool whip, then another layer of cookies and sprinkle with some skor bars or crispy crunch bars.
- Keep doing this in layers until you get to the top of the dish then sprinkle the remaining crunched bars on the top.
- Then freeze overnight, remove from freezer about five minutes before serving.
