Soft Peanut Butter Cookies

These are a tasty batch of cookies and simple ingredients we all got in our house, mix butter, peanut butter and vanilla together first, then all the wet ingredients and mix together.

This recipe makes 24 large cookies or 48 small cookies, you decide what one works best for you. After bake in a 350ºF oven for 12 to 15 minutes for the large cookie and 6 to 7 minutes for the small cookies.....

Ingredients
- All-Purpose Flour - 1½ cups
- Peanut Butter - ¾ to 1 cup
- Butter - ½ cup
- Egg - 1 large
- Evaporated Milk or cream - ¼ cup
- Brown sugar - 1/3 cup
- Confectionary sugar - 1/3 cup
- Baking soda - ½ tsp
- Sea salt - ½ tsp
- Vanilla - 1 tsp
- Granulated sugar - ¼ cup, for rolling peanut balls
- Chocolate chips, hershey's kisses - 1 bag, for cookies after baked
Instructions
Pre-heat oven 350ºF, cookie sheet and parchment paper, cooling rack, baking time for small cookies 6 to 7 minutes, big peanut butter cookies 12 to 15 minutes.
Method:
In a mixing bowl with blender or by hand, add butter and peanut butter, start mixing until blended.
Then add brown sugar and confectionary sugar continue mixing. Then add evaporated milk, vanilla and crack egg in separate bowl and check, then add to mixture, mix well.
After add flour, baking soda, and sea salt, continue mixing until blended.
Then shape dough into small balls, or bigger balls, roll in granulated sugar and place on cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Bake small peanut butter balls for 6 to 7 minutes or longer if needed, make 48 small cookies, or big peanut butter balls and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, then remove from oven and press Hershey Kisses or chocolate chips into top of peanut butter cookies.
Then place on a cooling rack to set to room temperature.
