Traditional Newfoundland Date Crumbles
Traditional Newfoundland Date Crumbles made with pitted dates, brown sugar, rolled oats and so much more.

THERE IS SO MANY WAYS TO MAKE THESE DELICIOUS DATE CRUMBLES!

Don’t be afraid to explore the many ways there are to make them, any way you make them they are hard to resists. I like making them a few weeks before I’m going to need them and freeze in a freezer container to keep them fresh. That will help you free up some time to do something else, like make more desserts.

Lightly sprinkle evenly the remaining crumble mixture before putting them in the oven.

DON’T CUT THEM UNTIL THEY ARE TOTALLY COOLED.

I know they will be hard to resists but they will fall apart if removed from the pan to quick, after they are cooled you can eat them cold or reheat the a single serving. I hope I’m making you hungry to make these lovely date crumbles, I keep some frozen all the time to have with a cup of tea.
