Method:

In a saucepan on medium heat; add all marinating ingredients mix well; Bring to a boil stirring often until boiled.
Remove from heat and let come to room temperature or cold; Then pour marinating sauce over pork chops, cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
Turning pork chops occasionally or flipping marinating pan.
When ready to cook them, drain marinate into a bowl and preheat indoor or outside grill to cook pork chops, grill for 8 to 10 minutes on each side only turning once.
Baste chops with marinade while grilling on each side when flipped and until ready, and no longer pink when cut.
Deglaze indoor grill with the remainder of the marinate or use in a frying pan with onions, or put in a saucepan and cook the remainder of the marinating sauce to serve with pork chops.
Then add orange slices to grill just to warm and then add to the top of pork chops.
Then in another frying pan with oil, fry onion slices until golden brown and serve with pork chops and any side dish.
